7. AGE CATEGORIES & GENDER
All categories in the U11, U13 and U15 age groups will be Open Gender events so boys and girls will compete together. Doubles partnerships can be made up of any gender combination therefore there will be no Mixed Doubles event for these age groups.

U17 and U19 categories will be separated into Boys' & Girls' Singles and Boys' & Girls' Doubles as well as Mixed Doubles.

8. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF EVENTS
Players can compete in a maximum of 3 events across 2 different age groups. This will be reviewed once all entries have been received.
Please note that players entering multiple events may receive limited rest time between games due to time constraints.

9. TIMINGS & DRAWS
Timings and draws will be published on www.newbl.co.uk | Competitions | Juniors | BW Junior Graded Series North by Monday 20th May 2024.

10. PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS
Photographs and videos will be taken by NEWBL & BW staff and published on Social Media. If you do not wish to consent to this please contact the Tournament Organiser directly.

11. SAFEGUARDING
All players under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. We recommend players 16-18 years old being accompanied but they must provide contact details for a parent/guardian in case of emergency.

Any safeguarding issues must be reported to the Tournament Organiser at the earliest opportunity.

12. DISPUTES
Please note that in the event of any dispute the Organiser's decision is final.
